Bill Feehan

Bill Feehan joined the other nine fake electors in meeting on December 14, 2020, and purported to cast electoral ballots for Donald Trump even though he had by then definitively lost the election. All ten electors were named as defendants in Penebaker v. Hitt. As part of their settlement with the plaintiffs, which was finalized December 1, 2023, they all officially repudiated their role in the fake-elector scheme, filed paperwork withdrawing their fake electoral ballots, and agreed never to serve as an elector in an election with Donald Trump on the ballot, nor to engage again in a fake-elector scheme. They also agreed to participate in any ongoing civil or criminal prosecutions of others involved in the fake-elector scheme.

Feehan was an unsuccessful candidate for Wisconsin Senate District 32 in 2012 and served as the Chairman of La Crosse County Republican Party from 2012-2023. As of May 2024, he was the Chairman of the Third Congressional District GOP. Also in 2024, he lost his bid for a seat on the La Crosse County Board. He hosts a weekly conservative talk radio show called “Fact Check with Bill Feehan.”
