National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission
On October 6, 2025, Russ Feingold and Law Forward filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court defending campaign finance limits.
Ayodabo, et al., vs. City of Madison
Law Forward has filed a class action lawsuit against the City of Madison over failure to count votes on 193 ballots cast in the November 2024 election
Wisconsin Business Leaders for Democracy, et al v. WEC
After overturning Wisconsin’s gerrymandered state legislative maps in 2023 in the Clark v. WEC case and ushering in a fair maps election in 2024, Law Forward is now turning its attention to Wisconsin’s congressional maps.
