Historic Settlement Agreement in Fake Electors Case

We are thrilled to share a significant development in the case of the Fake Electors Penebaker et al v. Hitt et al., currently pending in the Circuit Court for Dane County, Wisconsin. Law Forward, in collaboration with Georgetown University Law Center’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP) and Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, has announced a historic settlement agreement.
